My 9 year old daughter Sophia had an infection under a silver cap on a baby tooth so she needed it pulled. She is a very anxious kid who does not like drs appts at all unless its a simple check up. For alot of the visit she was on & off crying & would not even open her mouth at one point. Dr Claiborn and his staff were amazing with my daughter. The office manager Nancy could here my daughter sobbing from the other room so she came over to comfort her. When sophia was giving Brooklyn a hard time & not opening her mouth Nancy came back over and made her giggle. Brooklyn held my daughters hand, another assistant helped too at one point & Dr Claiborn was so very patient with her as well. Thank you to his team & all involved. Your time and kindness was much appreciated.

Todo el personal es increíble y el Dr.. Claiborne es simplemente maravillosa.. Es muy compasivo, cariñoso y excelente en lo que hace.. The staff are delightful and all made my tooth extraction as good as one could be. I am very anxious with dental procedures but Dr. Claiborne and staff made me feel very comfortable and cared for.

Ive had to come here for extractions in the past. It's very frightening for me as im phobic of dentistry. Everyone here is incredibly caring, amable, compassionate and takes the time to make sure you understand what will happen and aftercare instructions It's not a pleasant way to spend my day. But I'm very thankful to the staff, Dr Boucher, and her assistant Jessie for their kindness and care while I was there today

I had a wonderful experience. I was hesitant to get my wisdom teeth removed, having put it off for years. Dr. Boucher and all the staff were amazing. I felt totally comfortable, knowing all my options, and the procedure was quick! te lo recomiendo mucho.

I love the staff they are great I like all the doctors dr hoang is fabulous Kristen at the front desk was great and the assistant with the Dr is awsome I can't remember her name but she's great if ur nervous about getting your tooth pulled no need to be here they put u right at ease I highly recommend this office

Necesitaba que me extrajeran una muela del juicio dolorosa! La oficina fue muy servicial al darme una cita rápida.! He estado en esta oficina muchas veces., sin embargo, Nunca tuve al Dr.. Hoang . Todos los doctores son geniales., pero quedé muy impresionado por el Dr.. Hoang. Era agradable y muy capaz.! Ni siquiera me di cuenta de que me había sacado el diente.! Dr. Hoang realizó mi extracción de las muelas del juicio (los cuatro) Hace 2 semanas y me siento muy agradecido por lo bien que transcurrió todo el procedimiento y la recuperación.! el fue muy amigable, conocedor y profesional. Estuve muy nervioso durante las semanas previas a la cirugía., pero todo fue mucho mejor de lo esperado y todo sanó adecuadamente. Yo recomendaría al Dr.. hoang a cualquiera, y ya tengo a mi familia y amigos! Gracias a todos en la oficina de West Haven..

Estaba muy nervioso porque me quitaron la muela del juicio inferior derecha., porque me había estado causando problemas de sensibilidad durante más de un año, y he tenido problemas con otros dentistas para adormecer esa área lo suficiente como para trabajar en ella.. le dije al doctor. Berkley sobre mis sentimientos, y mágicamente lo eliminó, sin ningún dolor en absoluto!! I didn't even realize he pulled it, because he didn't tell me, y debe haber sido extremadamente elegante!! GRACIAS a él y a su personal., I'm toothless now in my wisdom area.

Mi hija de 15 años estaba bastante ansiosa por la extracción de algunos dientes.. Dr. Boucher fue increíblemente amable y paciente., asegurándole que sus sentimientos eran normales. Ella le habló sobre qué esperar. emily, the nurse was also helpful and even held my daughter's hand through it. Mi hija quedó entusiasmada con el proceso y su competencia y amabilidad..
