My 9 year old daughter Sophia had an infection under a silver cap on a baby tooth so she needed it pulled. She is a very anxious kid who does not like drs appts at all unless its a simple check up. For alot of the visit she was on & off crying & would not even open her mouth at one point. Dr Claiborn and his staff were amazing with my daughter. The office manager Nancy could here my daughter sobbing from the other room so she came over to comfort her. When sophia was giving Brooklyn a hard time & not opening her mouth Nancy came back over and made her giggle. Brooklyn held my daughters hand, another assistant helped too at one point & Dr Claiborn was so very patient with her as well. Thank you to his team & all involved. Your time and kindness was much appreciated.

The entire staff are amazing and Dr. Claiborne is simply wonderful. He’s very compassionate and caring and excellent at what he does. The staff are delightful and all made my tooth extraction as good as one could be. I am very anxious with dental procedures but Dr. Claiborne and staff made me feel very comfortable and cared for.

Ive had to come here for extractions in the past. It's very frightening for me as im phobic of dentistry. Everyone here is incredibly caring, kind, compassionate and takes the time to make sure you understand what will happen and aftercare instructions It's not a pleasant way to spend my day. But I'm very thankful to the staff, Dr Boucher, and her assistant Jessie for their kindness and care while I was there today

I needed a painful wisdom tooth extracted! The office was very accommodating by giving me a prompt appointment! I’ve been to this office many times, however, I never had Dr. Hoang . All the doctors are great, but I was very impressed by Dr. Hoang. He was personable and very capable! I didn’t even realize that he had my tooth out! No pain! He was wonderful!! I highly recommend him, as well as this office!!

Dr. Hoang performed my wisdom teeth removal (all four) 2 weeks ago and I’m feeling so grateful with how smooth the whole procedure and recovery went! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was very nervous for weeks leading up to the surgery, but it went SO much better than expected and everything healed properly. I would recommend Dr. Hoang to anyone, and I already have to my family and friends! Thank you to everyone in the West Haven office.

I was very nervous about having my lower right wisdom tooth removed, because it had been causing me sensitivity issues for over a year, and I have had issues with other dentists getting that area numb enough to work on. I told Dr. Berkley about my feelings, and he magically removed it, without any pain at all!! I didn't even realize he pulled it, because he didn't tell me, and he must have been extremely graceful!! THANKS to him and his staff, I'm toothless now in my wisdom area.

My 15 year-old daughter was quite anxious about getting a few teeth extracted. Dr. Boucher was incredibly kind and patient, reassuring her that her feelings were normal. She talked her through what to expect. Emily, the nurse was also helpful and even held my daughter's hand through it. My daughter raved about the process and their competence and kindness. The entire office staff was helpful and professional. Great experience!
